The Safe Calm Place

In an effort to keep everyone as safe and healthy as possible, the following precautions have been put in place:

• Telehealth sessions on HIPAA-compliant platform are available for all current clients who request them

• Everyone attending in person sessions will wash hands upon arrival to the office

• Masks will be worn in the office at all times, regardless of vaccination status

• Surfaces and toys will be sanitized after use

• A HEPA air filter will be used in the play therapy room during office hours

• Clients will wait in their cars until scheduled appointment time to reduce waiting room contact

• No cancellation fees will be charged if cancelling due to illness
